Water flow below Navajo on Monday was 314 cfs and still quite stained. Fishing through the Quality Waters was fair to good using bunny leeches, red larva, egg patterns, San Juan worms and OJs. Through the bait waters trout fishing was fair to good using salmon eggs, night crawlers and Panther Martin spinners.
