Halibut Fishing is Still Going Good

The fishing for Halibut is still going good for some anglers working the beaches below Capitola. The Rock fishing was good up the coast but the wind was up near Davenport early. I spoke to one angler who went 50 miles straight out in 63 degree water but did not get any tuna. The swell is down.
