Texas Fish Report

Another funtastic BFEF TROUT TOURNAMENT is in the books! This was our 1st ever Fall Tournament and thanks to all the anglers who braved the cold it was very successful!

Over 50 participants showed up to enjoy a day of fishing, awards dinner and raffle. BFEF thanks all the anglers, the entire list of our donors, sponsors, volunteers and our partnerships who made this all possible!!!

7 year old, Jayden Mott, from Bakersfield won the Junior's Angler Division with a 1lb. 3 oz Rainbow and Bridgeport's very own Keith Rondeau (Bridgeport Insider) won the Adult Division with a 5lb 5oz Rainbow as well as $250.00 for taking the Overall Biggest Fish for the tournament. All the qualifying fish came from Bridgeport Reservoir!

Ken Morris won the Angler Number Draw which was worth $250.00 as well.

The monies raised last night will help BFEF to continue stocking BFEF tagged trophy trout into several bodies of water in the Bridgeport area as well as assist us to continue our other programs. BFEF is an ALL VOLUNTEER, 501c3 non profit organization, check us out at www.bridgeportfish.com.
