We’ve had a few really good reports from the West this past week, there’s not much pressure and still some good pockets with lots of nice fish holding in them. You’ll probably still need to do some hiking to find those pools that are holding fish and once you find them be sneaky so you don’t spook them. Panther martins and mepps have been good for spin anglers, salmon eggs and crawlers for the bait anglers. Fly anglers have been using prince nymphs, pheasant tails, copper johns and small wooly buggers.
