Texas Fish Report

No new reports from the river this week though the weather has been very nice and I'd expect the water temps to raise a few degrees over the next few days which should get those fish a bit more active. I'd recommend small midge patterns like miracle midge, mercury midge, zebra midge, wd-40, top secret midge, flashback emerger as well as streamers like zuddlers, sculpzilla, moal leeches and jj special. The stretch from the dam to the bridge is still holding a few browns but it seems like mainly rainbows and the stretch from the bridge to Murphy's Pond seems to have mainly browns still. Focus on the pocket water and deeper slots and you should be able to find some good fish!
